Allow me to introduce myself... My name is Penny Tenpenny. I've called Reno/Sparks home for most of my life moving here from a small town when I was a kid. I have proudly raised a family in this great community and now I have the pleasure of working with my daughter and her husband as we help families with their real estate needs. The experience and knowledge I've gained in the Real Estate industry is credited to my past work experience. I’ve had the blessing to be on all sides of a real estate transaction. I first entered this industry working as a wholesale and retail mortgage consultant before accepting a position as an escrow assistant at a local title company. I worked there for several years before I was offered an opportunity to work for a local Nationally accredited Top 10 Builder in Northern Nevada and Central/Northern California where I managed the sales and customer service division for the region. As the housing market began to change, I entered into the real estate market where I found my love for helping families manage their real estate wealth. Being able to say I've sat on all sides of a real estate transaction gives me a very clear understanding of the process from start to finish and the ability to truly think outside of the box when hurdles can present themselves.

This experience has proven to be invaluable in this ever-changing and extremely challenging market. Not just for the clients I represent but for my fellow real estate professionals and the parties they represent. It truly is a team effort as we are all working towards the same goal. No one can succeed without the other. Ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction and a successful close is my highest priority.
